An open house night

Next Saturday, May 17th, the Night of Museums will be celebrated

Once again, for the sixteenth time, the museums and cultural facilities of the city of Lleida are jointly celebrating this European initiative with a series of free activities for everyone and open doors to their exhibitions.

Promoted by the Council of Europe and ICOM (International Council of Museums), the Night of Museums is celebrated every year in parallel with International Museum Day (18 May). Its aim is to place
European museum institutions in a common project to promote them among a diverse audience and offer a different and creative way to visit them. Currently, more than 3,000 museums from 30 European countries are participating.

Inaugurations

At 7:00 p.m., the Digital Atrium exhibition “Bancals i Arrels” by the artist Anna Carreras and the piece “Psychoflage” in the Museum Courtyard by the artist Mònica Rikic will be inaugurated.
