Muriel Gómez Pradas holds a PhD in Art History from the University of Zaragoza and a degree in Geography and History, specializing in Art History, from the University of Barcelona (UB), and holds a postgraduate degree in Ephemeral Spaces and Radical Museography from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). Muriel Gómez Pradas’ research activity in this group focuses on the analysis of the institutionalization actions of collections and museum projects in the city of Barcelona, ​​and also on the processes of rupture and continuity in Catalan artistic modernity between the pre-war and post-war periods. Two of the focuses of study are the figures of Joan Miró and the sculptor Eudald Serra, and the links between the ADLAN group and Club 49.

Joan M. Minguet Joan Maria Minguet i Batllori (Cornellà de Llobregat, 1958) is a researcher, curator, professor and art critic. From 1993 to 2019 he was a professor of History of Contemporary Art and History of Cinema at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, ​​as well as a teacher on master’s degrees at the UAB and EINA. He chaired the Catalan Association of Art Critics (ACCA-AICA Catalonia) between 2010 and 2016. His field of study is the artistic avant-garde of the 20th century in Catalonia. He has published research articles in specialized journals and more than thirty books where he has dealt with topics such as photography, circus, cinema, performing arts, tensions between high culture and mass culture, or the works of Joan Miró and Salvador Dalí, among others. .
