Family workshop "Engravings and carvings"

Guided visit to the exhibition “Counterpastoral. Art and Peasantry” + drypoint engraving workshop.

Sunday 19 April 2026 at 11.00am

Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

Duration: 2 hours

Recommended for families with children aged 6 and over (*)

Inspired by the images of the countryside that we will see in the exhibition, we will carry out an engraving using the drypoint technique on a plastic plate. With a punch we will make grooves in the plastic that we will then ink and stamp with the help of a press. We will relate this artistic process to the act of plowing, sowing and harvesting the fruits.

(*) Observations:

  • Both adults and children must purchase a ticket.
  • Children must be accompanied by at least one adult from the family nucleus.
  • It is not possible to register groups of children accompanied by a single adult. It is a family activity.
